Emerald Coast Kiteboarding is proud to offer UPS delivery service for all orders, except in the rare circumstance that UPS does not deliver to the address you provide.
When will my order ship, when do I get my stuff?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, Monday – Friday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. All orders placed on the weekends are shipped out on the following Monday. International orders, please allow 1-2 days for processing.
Approximate Transit Times
Standard ground shipping is provided by UPS on domestic purchases and delivery times average from 1-6 business days depending on your location. Please see the chart below for an estimate on shipping time to your location. A tracking number is generated with each processed order so you can track the movement of your purchase online by visiting ups.com and entering your tracking number. If you can't stand to be apart from your gear any longer than you have to, we offer 3 Day, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air shipping upgrades for an additional sum. See the map below for estimated delivery transit times.
